DELIVERY TIME

The standard shipping time is 5-10 days.  We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

You will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer. 

FRIENDLY TIPS

For better shopping protection, we kindly suggest:

 • Jointly inspect packaging with courier.

 • Record complete unboxing process (from sealed parcel to full unpacking).

 • Retain videos for 30 days. Your diligence is the best safeguard!
